Hualian UDC Times Building is located in the core area of CBD of Qianjiang New City, at the intersection of Xinye Road and Zhijiang Road, and contains the the first-line landscape of Qiantang River. 

It faces the Hangzhou Grand Theatre in the East and the citizen center in the northwest.The project covers an area of 51064 square meters, with a total construction area of about 268 thousand square meters.

According to the characteristics of the project, ROLEDS used a fully internal penetrating way to create a highly modern working environment. ROLEDS pre-installed buckle bracket, adjusted to the appropriate angle, and then installed lamps, which ingeniously solved the problem of optical effect uniformity and installation mode.
